Who we are looking for:
A confident individual who is a natural problem solver that can provide a high level of technical expertise alongside excellent organisational skills.
The ideal candidate must have very good communication skills and should demonstrate excellent phone mannerisms.
Act as an ambassador who lives and breathes our company culture.
Answering technical calls related to our products.
Provide telephone and email support to customers, including troubleshooting and analysis of data to recommend solutions to problems.
Testing and troubleshooting of products.
Providing technical support to other departments when needed.
Experience working in a similar manufacturing environment and knowledge in electronics background would be an advantage.
Experience in a technical customer support role.
IT enthusiast or prior background in an IT role.
Full training provided.
