AES Global On Site Support Form

At AES Global we are very keen to resolve on site issues with our product range. 
We now offer 2 free of charge site visits per individual install within the first 6 months from the manufacture pass date on the sticker in the backbox. 

AES will attend site when the below conditions are met:

  1. The product is within 6 months of its manufacture sign off date on the sticker within the backbox.

  2. The original installation company who fitted the unit will be present on site throughout the visit.

  3. You are aware that the AES representative is not an engineer and can only advise on the best course of action. Any changes must be made by the qualified installer at discretion of the installer and all liability with the end user remains with the installer/ installation company.

  4. All tools, cabling and parts required are to be supplied and fitted by the installation company.

  5. Many issues with wireless intercoms are caused by incorrect power cable type or a power cable run that is too long. AES will only attend site when it has been confirmed the AES power specification recommendation has been followed. Please request a copy of this before if you are unsure.

  6.  The supplied AES power supply must be used and must not be used to power any third party equipment.

  7. Once the site visit is booked in we may try some remote diagnostics to better understand the issue and we may need feedback or support from the end user to assist with this. This will give us a better idea of the nature of the issue prior to our visit.

  8. Once we agree to attend site we will book out a 2 hour block to attempt to resolve the issues on site.

  9. We will offer a date to attend site as soon as possible but due to travel distances, existing customer bookings and staff leave we cannot guarantee availability within any specific timeframe.
