Introducing e-Keypad V4: Flexible Wireless Access Control

The new e-Keypad V4 makes it easier to configure wireless keypad access for gate systems, with simplified coding, support for up to six e-Trans transceivers and capacity for up to 200 user codes.
Designed to work with the e-Trans range, it gives installers a flexible way to add PIN code access to compatible gate systems.
Simpler Setup for Installers
The e-Keypad V4 has an updated programming process to make coding simpler. It can be programmed to work with up to six e-Trans transceivers, doubling the capacity of the previous version.
The keypad stores up to 200 user codes, with each code configurable between four and eight digits. A separate supervisor code is also supported.
For installations where access needs to be limited, user codes can be set to expire after a specified number of uses. This gives installers more options when configuring access for different users.
Designed to Work with the e-Trans Range
The e-Keypad V4 is designed to work with the e-Trans range, providing wireless communication between the keypad and compatible transceivers connected to the gate controller.
It also supports V3 radio mode. This allows the keypad to operate in the same way as the current V3 version when working with compatible existing equipment.
The keypad uses a CR2450 battery and has a compact housing measuring 135 x 90 x 20 mm, making it a practical option for installations where a separate wired power supply to the keypad is not required.
Security and Code Management
The e-Keypad V4 uses 128-bit AES encryption for wireless communication. Combined with configurable PIN codes and usage limits, it gives installers options for managing who can access a property and how codes are used.
With support for up to 200 user codes, the keypad can accommodate a range of residential and commercial access requirements.
Ready for Future Development
The e-Keypad V4 also includes a Manual Mode designed for future use with compatible devices in the wider e-Trans ecosystem. This mode is intended to support future functionality involving code storage and remote configuration.
Manual Mode is not available for use with the current system, but its inclusion prepares the keypad for planned developments in the range.
Add e-Keypad V4 to Your Next Installation
With simpler coding, capacity for six e-Trans transceivers and support for up to 200 user codes, e-Keypad V4 gives installers more flexibility when setting up wireless keypad access.
It also retains support for V3 radio mode, helping accommodate existing compatible equipment.
